The Bright Belle: Week 2 - Pushing My Limits!
Wow. Just… wow. Week 2 is officially underway, and I am absolutely blown away. I have to start by talking about the incredible wave of support I've received since starting The Bright Belle journey. Seriously, it's been super amazing! Every comment, every message, every person sharing their own journey or cheering me on has given me a massive boost of energy and motivation. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being part of this. It makes me so incredibly excited to see what happens next!
Reflecting on 75 Grow
I'm reflecting on my first full week of 75 Grow, and honestly, it's been one of the most fulfilling weeks I've had in a long time. It’s definitely not been easy, but that's the point, right?
I made a commitment to myself to step outside my comfort zone, and I have absolutely done that. Here's a quick recap of how I've been pushing my limits:
Gym Time: I actually went to the gym! Not only that, but I’ve been actively participating in gym classes. The thought of jumping into a class used to fill me with dread, but now? I’m loving the structure and the energy of working out with others.
Active Movement: Besides the gym, I’m getting out there for regular walks. It’s amazing how much a simple walk can clear your head and re-energize you.
Fueling My Mind: I've been actively listening to podcasts and books again. It feels so good to be intentionally learning and growing instead of just letting my mind wander aimlessly.
Less Scrolling, More Doing: The biggest shift? I'm spending less time scrolling and a lot more time doing things that genuinely make me happy. Whether it’s writing, exercising, or just enjoying a quiet moment, I’m reclaiming that time.
It truly feels like every part of me is starting to bloom, and the growth I'm feeling mentally, emotionally, and physically, is monumental. I feel stronger, happier, and more present.
Here's to another week of pushing boundaries and embracing the bright future!
What is one small step you've taken this week to push yourself outside of your comfort zone?
